These rules ("Supplemental Rules") are in addition to this Sweepstakes' Official Rules (the "Official Rules"). It is strongly recommended that you review these Supplemental Rules and the Official Rules in their entirety before entering the Sweepstakes. To the extent there is any conflict between these Supplement Rules and the Official Rules, the terms of these Supplemental Rules shall govern the Sweepstakes.

As further described in these Supplemental Rules, a portion of the donations made in connection with this Sweepstakes is funded by Sponsor to Charities Aid Foundation of America ("CAFA"). CAFA is a U.S.-based, IRS-recognized, public charity whose mission is to make donating to international and domestic causes streamlined, safe and easy for U.S. and Canadian donors. CAFA will prequalify each Charity as an eligible recipient of a CAFA grant. At the end of the campaign, CAFA will make a grant to each Charity as long as such Charity continues to qualify as an eligible recipient of CAFA grants.

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sweepstakes Website during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and following the on-screen prompts. If you donate: $10 USD you will receive ten (10) entries; $25 USD you will receive forty (40) ; and $50 USD, you will receive one hundred (100) entries. Entrants will receive an email confirmation at the email address provided on the Sweepstakes Website. All donations are final and non-refundable. All donations will be in USD. For Canadian entrants, any donation amount shall be converted to Canadian dollars by your bank/credit card provider and may be subject to additional surcharges/conversion fees levied by your financial institution.
Individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria as provided herein that donate and receive entries will not be eligible to win the Prize should their entry be drawn.
Canadian Entrants: Donations are not tax deductible. A tax receipt will not be provided.

Free entries that do not clearly provide all of the above-listed information will be deemed ineligible (as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion). There is no limit to the number of free entries submitted by an email address, but each essay submitted must be unique and in a separate email message with all of the required information. Duplicate essays will automatically void the entry. All email entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on April 23, 2021. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or damaged entries, or technical issues that otherwise might prevent Sponsor's receipt of any free entries. Confirmation of receipt emails will not be sent.
Each successfully submitted email entry is worth 40 entries in the Sweepstakes (which corresponds to the same number of entries received for a $25 donation).
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. There is no limit to the number of entries the Sponsor may receive.
On or about April 24, 2021, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Prize winner from the entire pool of valid entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period ("Valid Entries Pool") for each Prize in the order provided in the Prize list above (each Prize winner, a "Winner"). Subject to the conditions and Winner Verification requirements provided in these Supplemental Rules and the Official Rules, the Prize Winner shall be declared the winner of the Prize for which their entry was drawn. The Winner of each Prize will be subject to the all rules of eligibility, verification, confirmation and any and all other conditions to which the as described in these Supplemental rules and the Official Rules including, but not limited to, the Prize Conditions, Publicity and Liability Releases described herein. Once an entry is selected, it is removed from the Valid Entries Pool not included for subsequent Prize draws for this Sweepstakes. A person may win more than one Prize through the selection and verification of multiple separate entries that the person may hold.
This Winner Verification process applies to all Prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes. Once a potential Winner is selected and successfully notified, Sponsor shall verify potential Winner's eligibility to win the Prize and compliance with the terms and conditions of the Official Rules (including for Canadian residents, fulfilling the skill-testing question procedure set forth below).. The Potential Winner will be required to provide proof of age through government-issued identification to confirm age of majority in Potential Winner's jurisdiction. The Potential Winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and/or Publicity Release (where permitted by law) in the form(s) provided by Sponsor (collectively, the "Affidavit") by the date/time specified by Sponsor (and for Canadian participants, the Canadian Potential Winner must correctly answer the skill-testing question described below within the time permitted), or such Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected. Potential Winner will be declared a Prize Winner when all the conditions of the Official Rules, the Supplemental Rules are fulfilled to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in its sole discretion. If a potential Winner cannot be reached (regardless of reason), does not respond within the designated time (if required), or there is a return of any Prize/Prize notification as undeliverable, he/she may be disqualified. See the Official Rules for more details. Upon disqualification, no further compensation will be given. Failure to comply with any term or condition in these Supplement Rules or the Official Rules may result in disqualification at Sponsor's sole discretion. In the event that a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate Potential Winner may be selected from the remaining valid entries in connection with the winner selection method above. Sponsor may limit the number of attempts to award the Prize to two (2) attempts. In such case, if a Winner cannot be confirmed after two (2) attempts, the Prize will remain un-awarded. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE SUPPLEMENTAL RULES AND THE OFFICIAL RULES HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
Prize is not transferable. Prize must be claimed as a whole and Prize substitution, in whole or in part, will not be allowed except in Sponsor's sole discretion. See Official Rules for details. Sponsor is not responsible if the Winner does not use any portion of the Prize. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of the Prize that are not expressly specified in these Supplemental Rules as being part of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor or Prize Provider will not replace any lost or stolen Prize. In the event a Prize is subject to delays, substitutions, discontinuations, and/or availability issues or other restrictions or circumstances beyond Sponsor's and Prize Provider's control as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Winner shall be provided with a Prize of equivalent or greater value in the Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize(s) cannot be redeemed for cash and no cash alternative or prize substitution will be allowed, except in Sponsor's sole discretion and except as provided herein. Sponsor and Prize Provider are not responsible for Prize utility. Sponsor and Prize Provider make no express and/or implied warranties of any nature whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
If Winner is not able to claim Prize, Winner shall forfeit the Prize and Sponsor may, but is not required to, elect to randomly select an alternative Potential Winner from all remaining eligible entries received for that Prize.
For Canadian Entrants: In order to receive the Prize, the Potential Winner will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by phone or email by the Sponsor's designated agent at a mutually-agreeable time. In addition to other conditions found in the Official Rules or these Supplemental Rules, if Potential Winner fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, then the Potential Winner shall not win that Prize and the entry shall be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and an alternate Potential Winner may be randomly selected, at Sponsor's sole discretion, from among the remaining eligible entries received.
ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS:
Zoom session to be entered by one (1) account and a maximum of four (4) people (including the Winner) can partake on the Zoom session from that account. An IJM staff member may be present to moderate the session. Inappropriate activity or behaviour before or during the Prize by Winner or guests may result in the immediate termination of the Prize, in whole or in part without further compensation to the Prize Winner.
If at any time prior to or during the session the moderator deems that there are more than 3 guests partaking, moderator shall have the sole and unfettered discretion to terminate the entire session with no further compensation to the Prize Winner
None of the Prize Provider, Sponsor, or Charity are responsible for any connection or technical issues which may interrupt the Prize Winner's or guest's access to or enjoyment of the Prize. Winners must have access to a computer, tablet or mobile device and a stable internet connection. Minimum bandwidth is 600kbps (up/down) and recommended is 1.5 Mbps (up/down).
Exact dates to be determined based on COVID guidelines and when the CPL season starts back up. Travel to Prize destination is not included and is the sole responsibility of the Winner of this Prize. Inappropriate activity or behaviour before or during the Prize by Winner or guest may result in the immediate termination of the Prize, in whole or in part without further compensation to the Prize Winner. All fees, costs and expenses not specified in the Prize description as being awarded (including but not limited to travel, transfers, accomodations, meals (except as specified), beverages, transportation and incidentals), are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Jason will have full authority to edit out inappropriate questions or content in his sole discretion. None of the Prize Provider, Sponsor, or Charity are responsible for any connection or technical issues which may interrupt the Prize Winner's access to or enjoyment of the Prize. Winner must have access to a computer, tablet or mobile device and a stable internet connection. Minimum bandwidth is 600kbps (up/down) and recommended is 1.5 Mbps (up/down).
All taxes at the federal, state, or local level in connection with the acceptance of a Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner will be issued a Form 1099 where required. As may be required by law, the Canadian winner, if any, may receive a U.S. tax form 1042 from Sponsor reflecting the total value of the prize if required.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to the full extent allowed by applicable law to: (a) comply with and be bound by the Official Rules, these Supplemental rules, and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (b) defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Charity, Prize Provider, CAFA, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliates and affiliated companies, celebrities, partners and any other person and organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys and representatives, and their successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy, defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to an entrant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, travel, lodging, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, use or misuse of Sweepstakes Prize, or any portion thereof (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules and/or any supplemental rules. Released Parties are not responsible if the Sweepstakes Prize, or any portion thereof, is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sweepstakes Winner acknowledges that all prizes are awarded "as-is" and the Released Parties make no representations or guarantees and expressly disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, relating to the Sweepstakes Prize in any way.
DONATIONS TO THE CHARITY:
At least 97% of the Net Donations raised are granted to the Charities. Net Donations (as defined below) will be provided via a grant from CAFA, to the Charities. "Net Donations" means gross donations less any expenses incurred to operate and administer the Sweepstakes including but not limited to: payment processing fees and professional fundraiser fees. Each Charity shall receive its prorata portion of the Net Donations based on where the Donor is located (Canada or United States).
For the name (first name and last initial) of the Prize Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to "IJM All in for Freedom Sweepstakes", c/o Ascend Fundraising Solutions 700 – 1 Yonge Street, Toronto ON M5E 1E5. Residents of VT and Canada may omit return postage. Winner requests must be received no later than ninety (90) days after Draw Date.
